4.5 Month Progress.

 

I can guide and motivate you till the cows come home. In the end, what is ultimately going to work is CONSISTENCY and DEDICATION. This is Mel's 4.5 month results. Again, no spoon-fed meal plans, no crazy gym machines, wine and bbq's every now and then. We figured out her macros and she has then CREATED her own "plans", with the things she likes to eat.

 

This is why I don't believe in them for the every day person. EMPOWER yourself to know your body, know what macros fit your style, know that you don't have to follow something on a piece of paper. Are you just going to eat the same thing on that meal plan every 2 weeks for the rest of your life?
