I had to ask Liz if there was a typo with her weight when she sent me her progress pics. Nope. That's THIRTY POUNDS and over 4" off her waist, ladies and gents. In 2 months. That's dedication right there.
This wasn't attained by glorified protein shakes or magic pills or any other hocus pocus you find on the market. Liz simply got up and MOVED and PLANNED her meals. Simple as that. Hats off to you babe. Well done.
