This is proof what a little consistency can do. I know we all wish we could lose what took us months, sometime years to gain in a matter of days. And I know there are several products out there that promise that. But don't believe the hype guys. None of that stuff results in FAT loss. Anne can attest that all she had to do was track macros and get her workouts in to achieve this. 3 months... Can you only imagine the progress in 6 months?! Congratulations
