After much thought and a huge nudge from me, one of my online clients allowed me to post her 1 month's progress. Anonymously of course. I completely understand. I blocked anyone I knew personally from my Instagram at the beginning of my journey, only making it 'public' to them when I knew I would never go back.

But I digress. One month guys. With nothing but a set of dumbbells, my guidance and support, and sheer determination. Even with a few setbacks, she proved all she had to do was dust off. Wish I could tag you babe. Know that I'm extremely proud.
